AAV Vector Production

ReGenX has deep expertise in the design and production of AAV vectors. Most researchers do not want to spend the time to become expert in vector production, but are more interested in their use in their experimentation. Researchers can rely on ReGenX to provide high-quality custom AAV vectors for their experimental needs. We have created a standardized and highly efficient process for producing custom AAV vector preps for research use.

For Faster and Higher Gene Expression

The ReGenX AAV Vector Technology is based on novel proprietary AAV serotypes, including AAV7, AAV8, and AAV9. These serotypes are 1–2 logs more efficient than traditional AAV in delivering genes to mouse liver, and give enhanced expression compared to other AAV in large animals, including dogs and non-human primates.

For High Tissue Selectivity

The ReGenX AAV Vector Technology has also demonstrated enhanced transduction of other, selected tissues, including heart, skeletal muscle, and retina. Furthermore, we are continuing to develop additional serotypes with improved tissue specificity.
