ReGenX AAV Vector Reporter Systems

Reporter genes may be expressed using ReGenX AAV Vector Technology as controls for your gene of interest, or to analyze what cells are expressing the transgene and to quantitate amounts of transgene expression. Reporter genes include β-galactosidase (LacZ), luciferase, and GFP. These can be provided in aliquots of approximately 5×10¹¹ GC for evaluation purposes, or in full-sized preps of approximately 1×10¹³ GC. Additional or novel combinations of promoters and reporter genes may be requested.
